BBB of Upstate NY covers a territory of 48 counties throughout NYS, and focuses on the education of consumers, businesses and nonprofits. Along with the Marketing and Communications Team, Bret develops and delivers presentations and engagements focusing on marketing, education, and best practices through a variety of topics. He resides just north of Albany, NY, and BBB of Upstate NY is located in Amherst, NY.
